Bespoke Bench with artful hexagonal marquetry
Falmouth, Cornwall
This beautiful modern marquetry piece of furniture was handmade in Cornwall by our small team as a one off impulse build. Bryony, a good friend of ours, loved it and had to buy it. Its solid yet elegant design sits proud in any room. Dark hardwood tones mixed with the pale Birch Plywood gives it contrast.
Modern Marquetry specifics: Sitting deep into the surface, a cascade of inlayed hexagons and orange inserts populate the surface.
Materials: Sapele top with and Birch plywood framing.
Finish: A wipeable, hard wearing lacquer.
